Hi! I'm D. Gopal Krishna, the founder and sole developer of FocusAnalyze. As a one-person company, I personally handle every aspect of the service, including customer support and refunds.
I will try my best to refund incase of such situations, although I hope that situation doesn't come! Please raise any concerns as soon as possible so there's no hassle for either of us. Refunds are tricky and will be handled on a case by case basis.

All refund requests are personally reviewed by me. I'll evaluate each case individually and aim to be as fair as possible.
First 7 Days: Full refund available if you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first paid subscription.
After 7 Days: Partial refunds may be considered based on usage and circumstances. Just reach out and we'll discuss it.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation, and your account access will be adjusted accordingly.
