Performance and reports

Performance answers the question the rest of the product is collecting evidence for: did the week go the way you intended?

Periods

Reports come in daily, weekly and monthly views. Each shows completed work, time spent, and how the period compared to what you planned.

Plan vs actual

The centrepiece. For every committed plan, this compares the blocks you scheduled against what actually happened — which ran, which slipped, and how far your estimates were off.

Consistently over-running estimates isn't a failure state; it's a calibration number. Once you know your estimates run 40% light, your plans get realistic immediately.

[@portabletext/react] Unknown block type "screenshotPlaceholder", specify a component for it in the `components.types` prop

Time by project

A breakdown of where time went across projects, tracks and life areas. Useful for the question people rarely ask themselves directly: is my time going where I said my priorities were?

Sharing a report

Reports can be shared — useful for a weekly update to a manager or client without exporting anything by hand.

Emailed reports

Daily and weekly summaries can be emailed on a schedule. Configure which ones and how often in Settings → Performance.
