Who can see and change what, in an organization.
Member — belongs to the organization. Sees the organization and their own work, plus any projects shared with them. Cannot add or remove people, and cannot manage teams.
Team admin — administers one specific team. Can add and remove members of that team. Cannot manage the organization as a whole, and cannot see other teams unless separately granted.
Organization admin — can manage members and teams across the organization: adding and removing people, creating teams, assigning team admins.
An organization admin can only act on organizations they are an active member of. Being an admin somewhere is not a global capability — it doesn't carry across to an organization you don't belong to.
Team and organization navigation appears based on the role recorded for you at sign-in. If you've just been given a role and the links haven't appeared, sign out and back in — your session is still carrying the old role. If it still doesn't appear after that, ask your organization admin to confirm the role was actually assigned; being added to the member roster alone is not the same as being granted an admin role.
