Settings → Appearance controls how FocusAnalyze looks.
Light, dark, or follow your system setting. The choice applies across web and desktop — the desktop app embeds the same interface, so it isn't configured separately.
Where a view offers a dense and a comfortable layout — notably the task list — the preference is remembered per user, not per device.
The dashboard is composed of widgets: today's plan, the habit week strip, upcoming events, capacity. Settings → UI controls which appear and in what order, so the first screen you see each morning shows what you actually act on.
Settings → Calendar covers calendar-specific display: default view, which day the week starts on, working hours shading, and which connected calendars are visible.
