The calendar is where your plan meets reality. It shows your real schedule — meetings included — not just the blocks FocusAnalyze created.
Connect at Settings → Integrations → Calendar. Sync is bidirectional: events created in FocusAnalyze appear in Google Calendar, and events created anywhere else appear here. Each event keeps a reference to its Google Calendar counterpart, so edits track back rather than creating duplicates.
If you disconnect, your existing events remain in FocusAnalyze — they just stop syncing.

Events support recurrence, including the awkward cases: monthly-on-the-same-date, custom intervals, and edits that apply to this event only versus this and all following. Editing a single occurrence of a series does not silently rewrite the whole series.
An event that's happening now can be run as a timer — a live countdown to that event's end, visible on web and desktop.
The timer intentionally has no pause. It isn't a stopwatch you control; it's a countdown against a real block of time on your real calendar. "Extend" is the honest version of pause: it updates the actual calendar event, so your schedule and your reality stay in agreement rather than drifting apart.
Settings → Integrations → Meeting connects your conferencing tool so meeting links are attached to events rather than pasted into descriptions by hand.
