Notification settings

FocusAnalyze notifies you about things that need a decision, and tries hard not to notify you about anything else.

What triggers a notification

  • A task due date approaching or passed
  • A comment mentioning you
  • A task assigned to you, or a project you've been added to
  • Capacity alerts — you're over-allocated for an upcoming period
  • Plan nudges — your day has drifted from your committed plan
  • Daily and weekly report summaries

Event reminders are deliberately not duplicated here. Your calendar already does reminders well, and two notifications for one meeting is worse than one.

Where they arrive

[@portabletext/react] Unknown block type "docTable", specify a component for it in the `components.types` prop

The inbox

Everything lands in the in-app inbox whether or not it was also pushed. Mark items read individually or clear the lot. Settings → Inbox controls what collects there.

Turning things down

Settings → Notifications gives per-type control, so you can keep mentions and drop report summaries without going all-or-nothing.
