Connecting Google Calendar is the single highest-value thing you can do in FocusAnalyze. Planning, capacity and reporting are all built on knowing where your time already goes, and without a calendar connection they're working from an empty week.
Settings → Integrations → Calendar → Connect. You'll be taken to Google's consent screen and returned once you approve.
Sync is bidirectional. Events you create in FocusAnalyze appear in Google Calendar, and events created anywhere else — a meeting invite, your phone, a colleague's booking — show up in FocusAnalyze.
Each event keeps a link to its Google counterpart, so an edit updates the same event rather than creating a second copy of it.
Everything else it only reads.
If your Google account has several calendars, you can choose which are visible in Settings → Calendar. Visibility affects what you see and what counts toward your capacity, so a shared team calendar you're only observing shouldn't be eating your available hours.
Disconnect in the same place. Your existing events stay in FocusAnalyze — they simply stop syncing, and future changes on either side won't cross over.
