Annual billing is charged once for the year and works out cheaper per month.
Settings → Billing → change plan. An upgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle rather than being prorated mid-month, so you're never charged twice for overlapping periods.
Also at Settings → Billing. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of your current cycle — you keep what you've paid for until then, and the new plan starts when the old one would have renewed.
Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Always in a browser. If you're in the desktop or mobile app, starting a plan change hands you off to your browser to complete it — payment is never handled natively in those apps.
Payments are processed by Razorpay.
