An organization is a shared workspace: members, teams, shared projects, and its own billing.
You join an organization by invitation. An organization admin adds you by email; you receive a message with a link to set your password, and once you've set it you can sign in and see the organization's shared work.
If you already had a personal FocusAnalyze account on a different email, that account stays separate. Organization membership is per-account, and a single account can belong to more than one organization.
An organization can be divided into teams. A team has its own roster and its own admin, and exists so that a large organization doesn't have to be flat.
Teams are visible in the sidebar only if your role gives you access to them — see Roles and permissions.
Organization admins can:
Admins act only on organizations they're a member of. Being an admin in one organization gives you nothing in another, by design.
Organizations are isolated from each other. Members, teams, projects and analytics are scoped to a single organization, and there is no view that spans two.
Organization plans are handled through sales rather than self-serve checkout — see Plans, billing and payments and FocusAI credits and usage for how AI allowances work for org seats.
