Everything about your account lives under Settings, reachable from the sidebar on any platform.
Settings → Profile holds your name, avatar and contact details. Your email address and password are managed by the sign-in provider — changing your password goes through the hosted account page, not through FocusAnalyze.
Settings → Preferences covers the things that shape how the app behaves for you: your timezone, working hours, which day your week starts on, and default views.
Timezone and working hours matter more than they look. They're what planning, capacity and reports are computed against — a wrong timezone will make a perfectly good plan look like it slipped.
Theme and layout live in Settings → Appearance. See Appearance.
Settings → Download has the desktop and mobile apps and the editor extension.
Settings → Templates lets you define reusable shapes for recurring work, so a task you create every week doesn't have to be typed out every week.
