FocusAnalyze keeps your tasks, your calendar and your plan for the day in one place, so that deciding what to work on and when is a single decision instead of two.
Tasks are units of work. A task has a title, description, priority, status, an estimate, and a due date. Tasks live inside a project, and can have subtasks one level deep, comments, attachments and dependencies on other tasks.
Events are blocks of time on your calendar. If you connect Google Calendar, events sync both ways — what you schedule in FocusAnalyze appears in Google Calendar and the other way round.
Projects group related tasks and give you their own columns, members and time analytics. Projects sit inside tracks and life areas, which is how you separate "work" from everything else.
FocusAI is the assistant that ties them together. You describe what you need in plain language and it drafts the tasks, finds the time, and proposes a plan — it never writes anything without your approval.

estimates. The estimates matter later, when capacity and plan-vs-actual start telling you whether your week is realistic.
something like "plan my week around these tasks." You'll get a proposal card. Nothing is saved until you approve it.
If you're new, a "Take a 2-minute tour" card appears on the dashboard. It walks the same five steps above with the real UI highlighted. You can dismiss it and restart it later from the sidebar checklist — the checklist stays until each item is genuinely done.
