What other people can see of your work, and how to control it.

Personal by default

A personal FocusAnalyze account is private. Your tasks, calendar, journal, plans and reports are yours, and nobody else can see them.

Sharing only enters the picture when you join an organization.

Inside an organization

An organization gives a group of people a shared workspace: shared projects, a shared roster, and — depending on role — visibility into each other's work.

What you can see is determined by your role, not by individual permissions on each item:

• Members see their own work plus projects shared with them.
• Team admins additionally administer their own team's roster.
• Organization admins see the full roster and can manage members and teams.

Organizations don't leak into each other

If you belong to more than one organization, they're isolated. Members, teams, projects and analytics are scoped to a single organization, and being an admin in one grants nothing in another.

Sharing a report

Reports can be shared individually — useful for a weekly update to a manager or client who has no reason to be in your workspace at all. Sharing a report shares that report, not your underlying tasks or calendar.

What your assistant can see

An AI assistant connected over MCP reads with your permissions and nobody else's, and is read-only until you explicitly grant write access to a specific project. See MCP access and tokens.
